Nestled in the rugged terrain of Pedregal, Mexico City, this mixed-use development redefines urban living with a seamless fusion of residential and office spaces. Towering above a dynamic podium, the project introduces an elevated street paved in volcanic stone, winding through a network of courtyards and alleyways. These pedestrian-friendly spaces cultivate a vibrant social atmosphere, where lush tropical gardens soften the architectural edges and create a refreshing urban retreat. The interplay of open and enclosed areas fosters a sense of community, making the development a lively extension of the city’s fabric.
The design pays homage to Mexico’s rich artisanal heritage with a façade clad in warm reddish and ocher terracotta, evoking the earthy tones of the region. Inspired by traditional Mexican weaving techniques, the textured surfaces add depth and rhythm to the towers, seamlessly integrating them into the cultural landscape of Mexico City. This thoughtful blend of materiality and craftsmanship not only enhances the visual identity of the project but also reinforces its connection to local traditions, offering a contemporary yet contextually rooted architectural expression.
